Are you a trainee/stagiaire at an European Institution, or at a permanent or diplomatic representation ? Are you Assistant to an MEP ? Do you want high-quality accommodation within walking distance of your workplace ? Do you want to live in the heart of Brussels' European quarter with great transport connections (bus, metro, train..) On the 19 and 25 rue Wiertz, 200 m from the European Parliament, we are offering in 2 bright and spacious houses a number of small units in two fully renovated buildings, comprising: 1) Private rooms/studios : Most of units have a cooking area and a bathroom (shower, wash-hand basin, private WC). Each room or studio has an excellent double bed, a desk, wardrobe, TV (cable, satellite), etc. and parquet flooring (carpets and bed linen available on request). Internet access in each unit. 2) Common areas : - On the ground floor: a large, fully equipped kitchen and library. One of the building has a charming courtyard, complete with a public telephone. The other has a superb south-facing terrace. - A spacious basement with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities and computer. - Storage space for bicycles, suitcases, boxes, etc. Common areas are cleaned twice weekly. Access to all these facilities is free of charge. Prices vary, depending on the size of the room or studio, and range from 420 to 600 euros per month, all inclusive (electricity, water, heating, TV and internet taxes, insurances, etc...)
